shocks/level?

changing out my shocks soon in hopes of a smoother, better ride. looking at the bilstein 5100's. noticed that they have a "leveling" option. i already have a levelling kit on my 2wd lariat. so my questions are,
1) anyone run these already, and do they make a noticable difference?
and
2) will they make any difference in ride, or height of my truck being that its already levelled

Not sure about if they will replace your leveling kit (I think they might)

But I just put them on my truck with a 6" lift and it rides better than before! They are incredible, handles much better than before you wont be sorry thats for sure!

My rear end used to hop if I hit a bump while going around a turn now it does not do that at all and cornering is much better as well.

If I were you I would take the leveling kit off and just use the 5100s. They are made to do leveling and will probably have less stress on the front components.

Shocks at the 0" setting plus leveling kit means nothing will change, it'll look the same. You can't run the coilovers cranked up plus the leveling kit.

cant run cranked up to 2" with the leveling kit? will it at 0 at least smooth out the ride some? or best to get them, crank it to 2" and take the spacers out?

If your going to get them take the spacer out, if you want to keep the spacer then get a normal set of coilovers. You can't get more than 2.5" out of the front end without a full suspension lift without blowing through components fast.
