My New 2013 F150 Lariat Supercrew
My New 2013 F150 Lariat Supercrew
I picked up my 2013 F150 Lariat Supercrew 4x4 5.0 two weeks ago today. Due to bad weather and work it took me till now to post pics. This truck was ordered and it was my first time ordering. I'm loving it. Weather Tech digital floor mats front and rear and mud flaps on their way. Spray liner soon (local place, like line X). Can't decide whether to spray line the rear wheel wells or order factory liners...probably a topic for a different thread. Sunday was beautiful so I took a (long) drive with the new truck, so enjoy

Congrats on the new truck! Very sharp. I can definitely understand why you went with the weathertechs-they are much easier to install. I only went the OEM route because I had the dealer install em for free before I even picked the truck up. Sounds like you and I might be in competition to see who can accessorize their truck faster lol. Again, very sharp truck and congrats....
She's Purdy! I special ordered my Lariat as well. I ordered her on Thursday Oct. 7th. 2010, and took delivery on friday Jan. 21rst. 2011. The longest 15 weeks of my life
. I had the dealer install for me a hardshell cover (Undercover), Rhino Lining, which has been great. And factory skid plates. I got the factory style mudguards this past summer and they really do keep the mud off of my step bars. And I ordered the factory rubber floor mats and have been pleased with them too. I see you got the 20" rims, long bed and Off Road package. Very nice! How many miles you have on 'er? How you likeing the ride? If you have kids, they'll love all that room
I got a set of DVD headrests on mine. My three grand nephews can't wait to take a ride with uncle Billy

Nice ride, looks same as my '09 Plat did, except mine was swb and I had the sienna brown interior. You must like the look of the running boards out?
Enjoy, sweet ride

Thanks guys! The truck rides real smooth and quiet. I'm still getting used to the noises of the new truck as it breaks in. Trying not to be paranoid about it. I only have 350 miles on it but, that will change here in a few days. I find the MFT/Sync system to work sufficient for my needs. One thing I was suprised about was that the truck lights up like a christmas tree when I enter the vehicle while it is unlocked (exterior parking lights, bed light, dome lights, dash cluster, even the MFT). After a few seconds the dash and MFT turn off and the other lights remain. Shutting the door they all fade off after a short period of time. A key fob click to lock the doors will kill them all immediately. Getting used to it as my old truck just turned on the dome lights
Nope, no kids right now....just friends and elderly relatives. I actually went back and forth between Supercab and Supercrew for a while and ultimately thought I would regret not having the real doors, truck length be dammed. My last Ranger had the clam shell and they were a PIA sometimes....so that sealed the deal!
Hotlap - I have the standard Lariat running boards. So they don't move and always stay "out" . However, I find them not too intrusive and allow my smaller guests to enter in style and I don't have to slide across the front seat to get out.

Definitely loving it. For a long truck it doesn't feel like it when behind the wheel. Maybe when backing up in the rain in the dark but, I hear those Third Eye Lights or similar can help that. The full blown backup camera gives me peace of mind though and is a great option. I lifted the hood tonight to study up on my 5.0 and determined you need to be an NBA player to easily check the oil without a step....and I'm over 6' tall
