Quick help(offset) - Wheels/Tires - truck at dealer now
New 2013 F150 FX4 at dealer now getting new BMF Novakanes installed w/ Nitto Terra Grappler 305/55/20. They have put on new AS level kit(I think that is correct brand - I have used HellBent on prior two trucks but no tire size increase previously).
Called me and said tires are hitting bumper and and somewhere in rear when turned. They said they have checked for proper offset but dealer himself could not tell me what offset wheels were. I see people running this combo regularly on here with just level kit. What offset should the wheels be?
They are looking at solutions but I really don't want to go up any higher(I know - minority around the boards on that part). I can always drop down a tire size but I really like the stance with the 305/55
Any thoughts for the experts at f150online?

According to thier site, the 20's come in both a 20x9 and a 20x10. Which did you get? http://www.bmfwheels.com/wheels/nova...ml?truckid=753

I can tell you that my '10 has slightly larger tires with factory 18's and a level, and do not rub.
The 10" have a negative offset, where the 9's are a 0 offset. You have a better chance of the 9" fitting than the 10".
I believe the factory wheels are a 20x8.5 with a high positive offset somewhere in the +40 range (not positive about these specs). I'm thinking that your options are either a positive offset wheel, or go up higher........ Or start trimming

Thanks for the reply. They are supposed to be 20x9. Local offroad shop told dealer that they had some problems in past with the BMF wheels and had to resort to trimming or lifting. Dealer was waiting for his technician to verify that tires were hitting air dam and wheel lining and not anything more significant. If that is the case I have no problems with them trimming the air dam and pulling the lining back behind the tire.
Will post update once finished. Thanks!

Look's great...I've been running the same tires on the stock wheels for close to 2 yrs with no problems. I even ran them at stock height for awhile with no rubbing even though they are close on the inside to the upper control arm.
