Headache light bar

Fabbed up some brackets for my 30 inch lightbar out of 3/16 aluminum plate.
Was going to by some brackets from RI but at $163, NO THANK YOU.
Cut out with my Eastwood plasma cutter like a knife through butter.
Then powder coated the black with my Sears powder coating gun.[IMG][/IMG][IMG][/IMG][IMG][/IMG][IMG][/IMG]

The hidden winch mount is the Raptor mount from SDHQ. Fits the the 2009-2013 F150 as well

The lightbar is 16 thousand lumens.Pretty damn bright. Its an MR bar that goes for a ridiculous $600 plus, but it was a Craigs list find for $300 locally.
The only thing left to do to the 'MoneyPit" is install a/c power. I have a PEAK 1800 watt inverter with 2 flushmount outlets and USB with an on/off switch. Probably going to mount on the passenger side of the console.
Then, IM DONE

Not sure what Gerrard155 is talking about. I would suggest going to the RI or MR websites. Their specs, not mine

Got to love a hater!

Lol, sorry I should have been more specific-There is no such thing as done. Its only a matter of time before you spot something else that would be neat to have on your truck. Not trying to be negative about it at all-I am the exact same way(mods=good). Been eyeballing some led light bars myself as a matter of fact-although for a front mount application. I know they are very nice, but I also know they are damn expensive and I am working hard to convince the banker to let me go for it. We'll see.....

My apologies to Gerrard155. I missunderstood.
By the way, I found a website for lightbars that has prices about 1/2 that anyone else has. Dont know about the quality.
Plashlights.com

I will post some night pics tonight. Insane bright!
