Got standard mirrors on my 2010 Plat. Trying to find black mirror caps to replace the chrome. NOT the the tow mirrors, the standard mirror. eBay has chrome ones out the butt!
Anyone know where I can grab some black replacements?

 

Most guys paint them.

 

Yeah I know. Really just wanted to pop some new ones on

 

...are available from your dealer...or through one of the online discount parts dealers.....like Tasca.

I paid around $22 each for them.

Also: the stocks ones may be damaged during removal...like tabs breaking off...

If my new towing mirrors ever show up I will not need mine any more. I have a family member that works for the company that makes them. So i am waiting on him to get me a deal on a new set of the towing mirrors.

 

Are you talking about a set of powerscopes? If so, please let me know how that goes for you. I know there is a new switch, and I am curious to find out what compatability for the p-scopes is on trucks that didnt come with them originally.

Not sure which ones he is getting me he just asked me if I wanted a set of towing mirrors. So I said yes, a few years ago they were looking for a test vehicle for a new style of towing mirror and he stopped by and installed a set on my truck.

 

I think the tow mirrors look better and are define lay more functional
