Know this has been done to death, but...
Replacing the 1985 Miami Vice chrome mirror caps, Do I have to take the glass off first and if so, does if just pop off. Will be more than pissed if I break a $200 part to replace a $30 part.
I know,,Looks like I already replaced them in the pic, but those are just complete covers that I do not care for and will be removing.
