I was looking under my truck today and noticed some oil spots on the bell housing. It is fresh, not dripping but wet. Also at the back of oil pan. The drain plug area is clean. I posted a couple of pictures to my album in user profiles. When the dealer changes the oil, they overfill it. About 1/2" above the full mark on the dip stick. One time I drained about 1 quart to just get it at the full mark.

Showed dealer pictures. They replaced oil pan gasket. Warranty.

 

Glad they warranted that for ya. Hopefully you won't have anymore issues like that.
