I had an AC actuator replaced behind my passenger side dash and I guess they had to take apart my center console as well. Well now my console is soooo loud. It squeaks, chirps, and creaks like no other. Every turn, bump, or even laying my arm down on the arm rest will make my console creak. I am ready to rip apart the whole thing, but that might portray that I need anger management
Anyways....I will feel bad if I bring this back to the dealer. They worked hard on fixing the AC actuator, it took a whole day of trouble shooting. Would anybody return their truck back to the dealer for this issue? My gear shifter is a bit loose too. Maybe I could just ask them to tighten that up and try to fix the squeaks. I was thinking maybe I should just ask for schematics on how to take apart the center console and do this myself.
Any thoughts or comments? Thanks!

Yes what the others said. Regardless of how big the job was, it deserves to be 100% correct since they did get paid to fix it. Trust me, you paid for the 3/36 warranty when you bought the truck.
I agree............sides that, if they realize you aren't satisfied with their work, they might actually have a 'Tech' do the job properly instead of the guy that washes the units!!
Same thang goes on at Harley dealers, believe me.

I'd go back. I also hate going in for things like this to be told "it's normal" or "I just don't hear what you hear". Sometimes they find the culprit but usually not without a little back-and-forth first.
Definitely take it back. I had a rattle in my driver side window after they replaced a broken side view mirror in my '05 Scab. I had to take it back to them 4 times before they finally did the right thing, and took apart the entire door, resat the window on the rack, replaced the power lift arm, and then actually DROVE it over rough road to make sure it wasn't still rattling.
When you trust your vehicle to any shop, you do so with the understanding that a job is going to be done properly and to your satisfaction. This is a business transaction, not a charity donation. I had a similar issue with an aftermarket autostart I had installed by a seemingly reputable shop, who took the easy route and wire tied the shock sensor to a cable loom instead of a solid point under the dash. I took it back the next morning, and insisted they reattach it properly. The guy started to give me guff about it, before the owner came out, overheard the discussion, and literally cut the guy off midsentence and told him to take care of it personally. After the job was done, the owner crawled under the dash to inspect it, found he wasn't happy with the placement, and told the guy to do it AGAIN. ("You don't half *** a job on the customer's dime, you sure as hell don't half *** a job on MINE!" was overheard, to which I chuckled and immediately decided I really liked this owner) Third time was the charm, and the alarm properly activated when the window was smacked hard enough to rattle it.
Since then, I've had three alarm/autostarts installed by his shop, as well as recommended him to everyone that's asked me of a good place to go.

Personally, I would rather someone complain instead of keep silent. If I didn't get you the floor mats I promised you with your new car? Tell me. Something like the OP's situation? Let me ride along. A ticking in the engine bay? Let's pop the hood. I'm no service tech, but I've been around Fords long enough and love them enough that the dirtiest, ugliest raggidyest '48 F-1 should receive the same level of attention as the new 2013 KR on my lot. If your local dealer does not feel the same way, find another one.
