Subwoofer help

hey whats up everybody.....i have a 2010 Lariat and i was just wondering if there is a way to control the subwoofer.(on/off, higher/lower) Ive looked in the manual and it says nothing. The woofer just sounds like its not working or isn't turned up. Any idea would be appreciated!
Thanks

I don't think there is much control to be had for the stock sub. Crank up the Bass, and stick your hand/ears on it to see if it's working.

Pretty sure the only thing you can do is stuff the box with Polyfill (not over-stuff) and use the bass control on the radio unit itself. If you don't think you're getting any output and the bass is up then you should probably return to the dealer to get it fixed / replaced. It's not a great subwoofer but I can tell it's there.
