I can't stand leather seats in a daily driver. Go cloth.

I have had both in my 40 driving years...some pleather too. I like the luxury look of leather, but the feel of cloth. On my leather vehicles, I always bought covers. I like real sheepskin. Cool in the summer, warm in the winter. For eventual resale, all the extras of a luxury package will pay off. But I want the features I like and will use. Good luck with your decision. As they say down south, "you won't go hungry from either pot".

I have black cloth and they are excellent. IMO, Cloth has more give and squishiness than the leather. Stays cool in the Texas heat down here as well. Honestly, get whatever option has cooled seats, that I believe is the most important factor. Don't settle, order your own truck if you can't find the perfect one. If you're gonna spend $45,000, you might as well get what you want.

I have a 2002 F150 SCREW, and i love my leather seats. As long as you take car of them, using armor all, and other products every now and then, they will last for a long time. Sure there are draw backs, such as the sun heating them up, but i would rather have a hot seat and able to wipe any type of spill of rather than cool seats and stains in them. Btw, i wear jeans all the time so the heat is not a problem to me.

Cloth

I had cloth seats in my 07 FX4 that I had for 5 years. I have leather in my 12 FX4 that I've had for 2 months. I just can't seem to find the right seat position with the new seats. I don't know if it's the seat shape, or what, that is causing the problem. I'd gladly go back to the cloth for comfort.

I really like my cloth in my 2012 FX4. I also prefer it over the leather. When I ordered my Mustang I was sure to get cloth in it as well.
