lifted ecoboost at local ford dealership
The nice thing about that though is the warranty. They have to cover it since they are selling it. Costly, but it's not as bad when you think of it that way. Tires and wheels are easily 2-2500. That pinstripe is hideous
I've seen dealers install these items and NOT warranty them. They put the trucks together for one stop shopping and the lazy person with too much money. You need to negotiate the warranty when the dealers sell them. If something goes wrong with anything associated with the lift the dealer eats it. Ford will not cover it.

Is that Hall Ford in VA? Anyway that is how I purchased my 2010. They wanted around 10k for the lift rims and tires on mine, but that is no where near what i paid, you can haggle that quite a bit. I was also concerned with warranty issue, but i was told they don't change any specs that would void the warranty, i even upgraded to a 6 year bumper to bumper warranty...knowing some tie rods and ball joints will be needed down the line. They did say the lift components themselves had a 1 year warranty from the dealer, but BDS warranties it for life. A few months ago i went into Hall Ford because something was popping, turns out something was shifting in the suspension. They tightened the bolts up under warranty, i paid nothing.
Overpriced but a nice clean job. The pin striping looks decent too. Who gets the original 18" chome wheels from the chrome package? That's worth an easy $1000 right there. Another reason it pays to do it yourself. This is for some guy who just has to have it.
