My 2012 fx4 scab has a velcro strip on the rear passenger door, right behind the seat belt. Does everyone have this? That seat belt is for the front passenger and i have no idea what the velcro could be for. It is only on the passenger side, the driver side doesnt have it. Any ideas?

according to a quick google search its also used to prevent scratching the side of a center console (if equipped)
