Garage parking

Hi,

I am debating swapping my 2011 A4 Quattro.
I love the car, but miss having the functionality of a truck.

My main concern is garage space.
I am debating on the 2012 F150 crew cab or the xtra cab.
4x4 is a must for me.
Just want to make sure it can fit in the garage.

I used to have a 1995 Ford Ranger 4x4 (std cab + 3" lift) and have had 2x Tacoma 4x4s (xtra cabs). Which fit in the garage with out an issue.

I am also considering a Tundra 4x4, Titan and really like the look of the RAM 1500.
Not liking the Chevy though.

Take a tape measure and go visit a dealer.

We can't help you much without knowing dimensions of your garage. Get the measurements off a 2012 on the dealer lot and compare it to your garage is your best bet like Glc said.

Yes, it will fit....no problem. Seriously, any number of places on the internet including the Ford site will tell you how long, wide and tall the truck is.....and as far as how big your garage is, you're on your own. A regular cab w/8 ft box & a Supercab w/6.5 ft box & a Supercrew w/5.5 ft box are all 232 inches long. Add a foot to the Supercrew if it has the 6.5 ft box. All the mirror options are a little different but in general we're talking 8 feet wide with mirrors and just over 7 ft wide with mirrors folded. Roof height is about 4 inches under 7 feet although the radio antenna is usually above 7 feet.

I ordered a new t-shirt today... can anyone tell me if it will fit?
My old t-shirt fit just fine but this one is a different brand.

Ouch..... But it is really antiquated compared to all the other trucks. I don't think anyone even owns a Titan near me.... They sold like 21k of them in 2011 I think....

Best of luck with it. What made you go with the Titan?

I really like the looks and the way the Titan drives.
The dealer also shaved about $12,000 off of the MSRP.

My wife and I have had good luck with Nissans.
Nissan Sentra, G37 Goupe, FX35.

After measuring, the only other truck that would have fit, is the Honda Ridgeline, which I did not care for. Leaving a truck outside was not an option.

Also picked up the Nissan extended warranty, which they added for $500.

Trust me, I love the Raptor, but outside my price range. considered the FX4 crew cab, but it was about 8 inches too long.

My 2011 fx4 fits inside my garage just fine - I have 285/65/18's with no leveling kit.

I love my truck, but it stays outside. It's a truck, it can handle being outside in the wild
