So I have a 2010 F150 FX4 and I was driving up in the mountains when all of a sudden my check engine light came on. I went up to Autozone when I got home and had them read the codes for me. P0451 - is some sort of emissions or pressure sensor error from what I have read? Any ideas of what may have caused this to happen?

 

Make sure your fuel door seal is not torn and it was closed.
