Welcome, nice truck and stang. I think you bought the ecoboost for the wrong reason, gas mileage is not it's strong suit, the power is what shines for this motor.

18-20 MPG consistently, not bad for a 6000lb truck..... maybe I am delusional.
^ not delusional, just got a "good" one. I've only seen 19mpg ONCE. It hauls *** and that keeps me smiling 95% of the time. Shamed a Acura TL this morning who tried to take my lane.

Easily my favorite part about owning one of these Eco's..... letting people know that this lane is mine.

Thanks for the kind words and welcome! I obviously didn't solely get the EcoBoost based on the gas mileage. But it really is the reason I chose that engine. I love my V8s, but due to the long distance driving I'll be doing within the next few years, I chose the EcoBoost in hopes that it would get be better MPGs than the Coyote. However, I do love the 3.5. Clean and smooth power and plenty of it!
PS - I'm a hypocrite. Just ordered a Sound Ordinance B-8PT for under my rear seat. This forum is going to drain my pockets.
