Are the outside of the mirrors supposed to blink when you turn your turn-signal on?
They come on from the inside, but they dont on the outside, yet there's like a yellow reflector strip there.

Im not sure if its just a reflector or if they should blink?
I know on my MKX they light up on the outside of the mirrors.

Just reflectors

 

Those are just reflectors. There has a couple of write ups about people putting LED's in them and using them as signals.
