2010 training tpms help

:got new sets of wheels and tires with replacement tpms sensors installed in them i have only driven my truck couple miles so i have not got a tpms light yet so i thought i would retrain them before i do : get the truck into training mode i first tryed the tool no luck then aired the tire down almost flat still nothing

Not sure the tool will work with 10 and above. Only thing to do is follow the procedure as listed in the owners manual to the letter or take it to the dealer.

This may be a dumb question, but are you sure that there are sensors mounted on the rim centers? Or, why didn't you just move your originals to the replacement wheels? The reason I ask is I bought a set of takeoff wheels and tires that the seller said still had the sensors in them. I tried all of the training methods even taking them to a dealer where a mechanic friend used the Ford tool to try and set them. Long story short, we took one wheel off and broke down the bead, and there were no sensors there. I still had my original sensors on my stock rims, so I had them swapped over--no training necessary, they worked flawlessly. Good luck with yours.

got them trained my stocks sensors are gone 2 sets of wheels ago. there oro-tek sensors i guess these clowns dont let you know that if there not trained withen 2 hours of airing them up they go to sleep and you have to let all the air out and let them sit then reair them and train them would get spend the extra money next time for stock ones
