Quarter mile preferences

I’d like to know what everyone does when running the quarter mile, or going off the line at a stoplight when a Toyota or Dodge pulls up beside you taunting you to race. I’ve got the ecoboost, 3.73/electronic locking rear-end, and tow haul. I’ve been trying them in several different ways, tow haul engaged, not engaged. The electronic rear wheel lock out engaged, or not. I just wanted to hear others opinions on what should be engaged/or not engaged to get the best jump off the line and down the road?? Do I just leave everything alone? Or does having that rear end locked in give me the most power?

Your thoughts. And of course I don’t approve of breaking the law, this would always be done in a controlled area………
