Leather Seats

Guys I have just took delivery of my 2012 lariat with leather seats. I noticed a mark in the leather while putting lexol on the sets. the mark looks like it was there before the color was put on. I know the seats are not (real) leather. Maybe marks are normal in that type of leather? Has anybody seen marks in there seats like this?? Nobody may not notice it but I do, The seats are flawless other then that place near where you grab the seat belt. How do you upload pic's on this forum?? I tryed the way it said FAQ but it keep telling me cannot upload pic's??

Hard to tell without pics. Upload the pics to a website like photobucket.com and copy/paste the image code into your post.

Thanks.. I had a custom upholstery shop look at it and he said it was there before it was finished, Already on the leather before it was made because the color is not damaged just rough. He said the dealer would do more damage then good by changing it..

You can always have a dealer check it out, but prepared to get the answer of you took delivery you cant prove anything. Seat repair is something that probably wont turn out satisfactorily. Probably just going to need a new cover. I can tell you if ford wont fix it you can always get the seat cover and replace it. I had to replace the top seat cover on my 08 diesel once and it wasnt hard but it was costly like 250 bucks and that was for cloth.
