What is everyones experience with this vendor?

Once ordering/paid how long for a response on what they are doing with that order?

Anyone ever had to return items and how did that go?

Not sure what you are looking to buy, but I ordered from them one time and it was/still is a bad experience. I heard many other negative things about them and most people say to use other vendors, and spend the extra money for better customer service.

I recently ordered HD heads and tails from them. I got my order, one tail light was broke and they sent me two passenger side head lights. They blamed it on Ford but I am still waiting for my new lights and they said they are waiting on a new shipment from Ford.

Other than that, I think they got decent prices.

I ordered a couple of things from them recently and had no problems. One item was on national backorder and they let me know and offered to cancel if I didn't want to wait. I have found with any of them that you need to either call and ask about your order, email them about it, or wait until it just shows up. I guess stuff can happen with any of these dealers. For example, as great as Tasca is, they sent me a wrong part once and to their credit made good on it right away.
