i have a race red 2011 f150 supercrew http://www.google.com/imgres?um=1&hl...1t:429,r:5,s:0 just like that link but not 4x4. sorry bout link cant upload pictures. i plan on putting some egr oem or bushwacker street flares, then some simple looking black rims. then a new nerf bar for it. would the ranch hand summit bullnose front bumper look stupid on my truck?

I'm not a fan of that combo. Flares, sure (keep em street style), Replace the nerfs with chrome, ok. I'm just not feeling that bumper. The painted checkerplate looks cheap. If you are going to start adding black rims, then you need to consider eliminating ALL the chrome......

 

My nerfs would be black and I don't have any chrome besides grill and front and back bumpers

 

but if you put black nerfs and black wheels, your bumpers will look out of place. some black, some chrome is not a great look. Add to that, if you did the black front bumper swap you were talking about, the rear bumper would look really out to lunch. I think the money that you would have to sink into getting everything black, could be better spent on better mods. You bought a chrome theme (started) truck, go with it. put a chrome bull bar on it, chrome steps, and dump some of the money you would have spent on the other stuff on tires/custom tunes/leveling shocks/intake/etc. If you wanted the no chrome look, why didn't you just buy an FX2 in the first place? You would have gotten a better bang for your buck.
