Actually I don't need to remove the trim panel but rather I'm having a difficult time trying to figure out if the lower 1/3 of the panel near the carpet is suppose to snap into something to hold it in place.

I was fishing wire from rear sill to front sill and forced the air bag panel in towards the carpet to give some extra access but I think i may have popped a panel clip (or 2) out of its hole but can't get a good visual to see behind this panel.

When I put everything back the lower panel just doesn't seem to sit properly along the carpet.

What am I missing here?
