I will be picking up a keypad for my new 2011 SC XLT with the keyless remote. How does one program the stick-on keypad to the vehicle? I know I must use the 5 digit code on my card, but what is the procedure?

 

I cant' rem. but it will tell you in the instructions how to program it. Very easy to do.

just put one on mine. Directions different from that the ruck actually does but youll figure it out. basically turn the truck on and off a bunch of time, then something clicks then you click each key kob then click the wireless pad.

 

It has to be programmed just like a key fob, which is different from the keypad in the door handle. Not hard to do. It is essentially a key fob but with a code rather than one button.
