2010 STX bed anchors

I just got rid of a 2006 STX that had 4 tie-down points in the four corners near the floor, and 3 more on each side. The six were mounted on the outside of the bed, about six inches below the top rail. On the 2010, I have the same 4 low-mounted hoops, and 3 sets of tapped holes on each side of the bed, inside about 6 inches down. Are there tie-downs that mount there or are the holes only for the cargo management tracks?

The '06 must have been a Flareside, with the "skinny" bed with stepsides on it, while the '10 is a Styleside, with a regular bed with no steps. Therefore, the three holes on top of the bed are for ladder racks, etc.

It is possible to buy the lock down steel hooks that fit in the cargo holes, but adding Flareside style tie downs to a Styleside isn't possible.

There are no OEM options for those holes other than the cargo management system.

I have the Cargo Management System in my 2008 and I love it. Comes with 4 sliding cleats, 2 on each side, and I'm sure I could purchase more from Ford if I wanted to. Also came with 2 storage boxes that hooked onto the rails and locked. I don't use those anymore because they can't open when my bed cover is installed.

Whoops, was thinking of the outside/on top of the bed. It's been a looooong day....

Yeah the Cargo Management system is neat, I just need my whole bed space unemcumbered.
