Strike 2... Is the $750 coupon regional?

I requested an F-150 brochure from Ford's website, and the first one that arrived in the mail was for the 2011 F-150 and didn't include the $750 coupon that I read about here, so I requested another one. The 2012 F-150 brochure finally arrived yesterday but the "Special Offers for Ben" section on the last page is basically blank. It just says:

F-150 MSRP Starting at $22,990

Your local dealer can help you find the vehicle that's just right for you. And thanks to incentives in your area, buying or leasing that vehicle could be easier than ever. Stop by your local dealer or visit www.ford.com for the most up to date incentive information.
I assume this is where the $750 coupon for use on the purchase of your next F-150 should appear. Is this offer limited to only certain zip codes or regions? Because I've now struck out twice, and have been waiting for this coupon before making my next purchase. I think I selected "I plan to purchase in the next month" but maybe I should have selected "I plan to purchase in the next 3 months" or something like that. (Ford probably assumes they already have a customer in the bag if I know I'm going to purchase that soon.)

Are these coupons transferable? Does anybody have an extra one that they don't plan to use by the deadline, and are willing to send (or sell to) me?

Sorry, I got mine on the first try. I ordered both a 2011 and 2012 brochure. I got the 2012 first and there it was on the last page. They are not transferable. The dealer can lookup up the code as well if you forget the coupon. I punched in 3 months for the 2012 brochure and 1 month for the 2011 which I have not seen yet.

They aren't transferable. Call Ford customer service and ask about it. They can look you up in the VINCENT (?) system and tell you if there are any incentives that you qualify for. Or they may give you something else for asking. I was offered an x-plan pin when they mistakingly told me I had a $750 incentive in my name.

Try requesting one for a 2012 Escape or 2012 Explorer. We get them with the coupon every time.

OK thanks, I may give this a shot (nothing to lose, all they can say is "no").

Really? That would work? Aren't the coupons vehicle-specific too?

We bought a new Ford last month. I requested a bunch of brochures of different models at different times. Every brochure had a coupon. It doesn't matter what model the brochure is for, you can use the coupon on any Ford. If you buy a Focus or Fiesta it's only $500. off.

OK, I requested some for other vehicles too, but I bet they will all be "blank" because Fords are already selling well in my region or something. Will know in a few days...

Have you called them yet? You might already have one in your name.

I spoke with Ford (corporate customer care) on the phone, and they told me that they don't know the criteria used to trigger these "private offers." She said that she requested another brochure for me, and that I don't have to wait the 7-10 business days to find out if a coupon was included--I can just call back after 24-48 hours and their computer system will tell them if a private offer was activated for me. I'm not holding my breath though, I don't think I meet Ford's criteria (not sure why).

When do the $750 coupons that you guys are getting now expire? I just ordered my truck today and don't currently have a coupon. I assume the truck won't come in until January or February at best, and want to make sure I can take advantage of the coupon.

Rambo,
Congratulations. What did you buy? F-150?
