Question Ecoboost extended warranty

With all this debate over longevity and repair costs of an ecoboost after 3 years/36k miles, has anyone gotten a quote on their ecoboost for just the esp on the power train?

I got my Factory bumper to bumper for 7 years 75K miles for 1450.00 at my dealer. It is the factory ESP from Ford and I figured since I am buying a 53K truck that the extended coverage was like insurance. If you use it you got your money's worth if you don't you got your peace of minds worth.

That being said I am sure you can get the Power train warranty extended for MUCH cheaper.

Oh ya good point. But you can still go beyond that with ESP right? I'm just wondering because of all these EB naysayers talking about $2500+ repairs around 150,000 miles

A warranty to go beyond 100,000 will be expensive.

When I bought mine the Ford extended warranty cost the same for all F-150s. I picked up the bumper to bumper with roadside pick up for around $1900 only because it was a brand new engine design for the F-150.

Is that to 100,000?

Yup, it's like 10 year/100,000 miles. At the rate I drive the time is worthless. I have over 15,000 on it in 6 months. I can say this is the best built Ford I have owned.
