Unhappy Sudden decreased mileage

I just had my oil changedin my 2010 F150 at my local Ford dealer. My mileage sensor now shows about a 70 mile per tank drop and it flucuates from higher to lower at times while driving. I only have 200 miles left on my 36,000 mile warranty and I'm worried this may be the beginning of performance problems for my truck. Has anyone else experianced this problem?

What brand Gas? Have you switched gas brands? Correct 5W20 oil viscosity used? Tire pressure set properly? Dirty air filter? Just because it was done at the dealer doesn't mean it was done correctly.

I always look over my vehicles if I have the dealer change my oil.

Hand calculate and compare to previous hand calculated MPGs.

The lie-o-meter is both inconsistent and inaccurate.
