I did the work, it cost less then $5 and I did not remove the grill, I did it sitting in my driveway!

I've been thinking of putting a pair of headlights covers on the front and rear of my F-150, do you guys think this will make my truck look foolish?

Clean the grill with soap and water, take the backing off of the vinyl strip, apply to grill bar, cut off excess vinyl.

Theres the steps!

Are you talking about those smoke, clip on covers? I think they have that "good from far, far from good" look if they are what you are referencing. If not, pics of your idea?

That looks great! Much better. Vinyl should be good for rock chips. Very nice.

So far no chips or tears in the vinyl, and I have over 10,000 kms on my F-150!
