I know the Raptor grill doesnt fit but has anyone devoloped a smaller one?

More importantly im looking for a lower grill like the harley grill, just not a fan of the billet ones. Anyone know of any?

 

well, I don't know how a remade raptor like grille would look as the regular f150 has a smaller grill (less wide) which imo would take away from the look. as for the second question i know that there are quite a few members on here who have made there own lower grills which look good. it depends on what you really want, because if you want a grill that just fills the gap in the plastic bumper things, there are really a few threads with all kinds of options. however if you want the full lower grill (without the bumper thingys) then i believe there are no aftermarket options, other than buying the parts from ford and if you want to go that direction you should probably ask a member on the f150forum who has done the swap, i think his name was aquatikz.
