Maybe get the AMP Reseach running boards? what kind of radio do you have in the truck? Maybe get an aftermarket Nav unit , with headrest monitors so then everyone in the car can watch movies when ever your traveling!

Well I have Stereo Intergrity Sahllow 12 inch subs mounted under my seats. Each in its own box so that IF i need to put something back there, i can take one out and still leave the other in, or take both out easily.

Yeah, you cant watch DVD's on a factory Nav, but with an aftermarket you can have the DVD play up front, and also use that headunit to send the video signal to head mounted monitors for everyone in the back.. I picked up my two headrest monitors already mounted in black leather headrests for like $300, and the screen area has a leather flap that zips up, you woudnt even notice theres a screen in it. Great for those long trips! I have a Pioneer z110bt in my truck...wife has the z120bt in her truck

Oh...and the stock system sounds 20times better with just the headunit upgrade....why you ask? Well, first off the DACs in the pioneer are much better then Fords DAC's, second you now can cross over your stock speakers so they arent playing frequencies they werent meant to play. 3rd, the pioneer has more power to run your stock speakers then the factory unit, which means it can get a little louder and stay clean doing it....and since you also crossed the speakers over, your not wasting head unit power playing frequencies that the speakers will distort tryign to play. so many ppl upgrade their factory new speakers right off the bad....well guess what...those new speakers still arent crossed over...they will still sound pretty crappy trying to play 40hz. If after you have a good headunit and the speakers are crossed over, and you still want it better...add an amp to the factory speakers....the last thing to change if not happy, are the speakers...

Thanks for all the info definitely will be looking into getting a new head now I always thought the stock speakers were a little quiet. I just thought of this but what do you guys think it would look like with some small fender flares?

i wouldn't add flares, your rims don't stick out and you need at minimum an aggressive tire to make it look correct.

i'd put front blinkers in your mirrors, there is a write up somewhere here. pretty simple to do, still need to find some time to do mine.

you need a wheel with 4.5" backspacing or so for a lift kit pertaining your earlier post. your's will be in the high 5's probably depending on your wheel width and what not.

I ordered my z110 from 6th Ave Electronics...got a great deal...it was like $799, and pioneer was offering like a $100 refund! Got my wife's z120bt i think at Cartoys, fro close to that price, and pioneer had a $100 back promotion at the time also.....so $700 for Pioneers flagship nav model...hard to beat that! I also picked up a wiring harness for lke $60, and the AXXIS steering wheel control wiring harness too...i luv mine!
