What Vehicles and Engines May Not Use E15?
All motorcycles.
All vehicles with heavy-duty engines, such as school buses, transit buses, and delivery trucks.
All off-road vehicles, such as boats and snowmobiles.
All engines in off-road equipment, such as lawnmowers and chain saws.
All MY2000 and older cars, light-duty trucks, and medium-duty passenger vehicles (SUVs).
It is the same with E10 blended fuels. So, where are the stations with 100% gas? It looks like Stah-bil and the EPA have a conspiracy going. Sorry, I couldn't pass on this.

Yes, E15 is going to wreak havoc on boat owners. and E10 already has... just had to have the entire fuel system on my 2005 bay boat re-done due to E10 damage. Plus ethanol, at any concentration absorbs WATER... not good for any internal combustion engine. Ethanol also evaporates quicker than gasoline... and has a much higher Octane rating. So when your gasoline mix has an 86 octane rating... and you let it sit for a few weeks... suddenly the ethanol is gone and you have gasoline in the high 70s octane. Also not good for any modern gasoline engine.
