I kept the stock bottle jack in my lifted 01 screw and just kept a brick in the truck. But a block of wood would do the trick, those bottle jacks go up pretty high. Ive got road side assistance with my 2010 for the next 5 years so il be calling them if something happens. But I would still keep a block of wood in the truck.

For my truck when I had a bogger I would just jack it up by the bumpers with my hi lift jack but on the new trucks ide use a bottle jack. Thats what I use on my truck now works way better than the scissor jack that comes stock and lifts it up high enough to change my tires and my buddies with a 8" lift and 37''s.
