i have a 2010 f150 xlt that came with mirrors without the turn signals on it. they are automatically adjustable, if that's important. anyway, i found someone that's selling his mirrors that are electronic with turn signals and auto dim. Would my truck already have the connection wiring done so that i would just need to plug the new ones in, or would i have to do some type of wiring retrofit to get the new ones to work.

 

The signal and dome lights are already wired in the OE harness for the mirrors. Just plug them in and enjoy!

I'm still waiting to find a reasonably priced set myself, but I did verify the wiring is already there on my 2009.

 

thanks a lot. called the dealership and they were giving me bs that they have to open the doors to see what in there under the panels. i was like, no thanks, i'll post on the forums and have an answer withing 5 minutes. the forums are awesome.
