Thanks The ride is amazing compared to my 2500HD GMC Diesel. It was a good truck. had 160K on it. I saw the video on the EcoBoost and was sold.

Thanks for the welcome everyone! This forum is already giving me "mod fever" but I figure I'd give the mod budget a little time to grow first so I can do things right

Some of the smaller accessories I'm thinking of getting is the bed extender (cause it's just plain cool), and box side steps since I have the 6.5 bed.

I did end up getting the Leer 700 Tonneau cover ordered (takes 2 weeks). Also, since I carry around heavy computer equipment on occasion, I ordered a bed rug to sit on top of my spray in liner so nothing slides around on me. I like the fact that both the cover and bed rug are removable so I can use the bed for any scenario imaginable.

I went with tht 6.5" bed. Looked at the 5.5" bed but I thought it was too short for the screw cab and made the truck look out of proportion

My thinking is that the 6.5 bed looks more proportional on a Super Cab. To me the 5.5 looks just right on the SCrew, but I guess thats why they make both
