TSB on leaking 3rd brake light

My truck is no longer under the 36K mile warranty, but is covered under the Premium Care extended warranty.

Can I have the TSB for the leaking 3rd brake light done under the extended warranty? If so, will the headliner be replaced under the TSB? There is a big water stain all the way across the back window on the headliner.

Thanks.

Contact your dealer. They'll know.

I just had this fixed in my truck. I think the TSB is for the leaky satellite antenna. I took my truck in for the 3rd brake light and they said they will fix the antenna under the TSB. My truck is still under warranty so it was no cost to me. They had to replace the headliner because they said there is no way to clean it and make it look new again. They also replaced the brake light. For the antenna they put extra seal under it so it doesn't leak into the passenger grab bar. If there is a TSB for the 3rd brake light then it should not cost anything.

Bddo, can you post on here how it works out for you. I am considering an extended warranty and curious how well they take care of problems like yours.
