reason im posting this is because i want to see if you all that have other trucks other than the EcoBoost and if there about the same looking.


the muffler is 32" long and the resinator is huge also...there isnt any sensor or anything in the cat back.

Looks like that's a straight through muffler? Is the resonator straight through?

 

The only sensors on these engines are before and after the cats mounted at the exhaust manifold

 

yeah its resonator...then it goes to a flex joint...then to a huge 32" long muffler..

 

My '11 5.0 SCab has:
1. manifolds to cats to a y-pipe
2. past the y-pipe is a flange connector same as yours
3. the resonator has a flange/connector on each end
4. after the resonator is a connector/flange (same area as your flex joint) to the muffler and back to the tail-pipe
