Talking Just picked up my 2011 EcoBoost!

Here it is....2011 FX4 EcoBoost...

I had the 2" AS leveling kit put on with the blocks in the back, and then 295/65/18 Duratracs....looks amazing. Do these tires ever dig in the snow we have too...

Love this truck, put 500km on it yesterday just driving around, hoping for another today.

Though I did have some bad luck, coil on cylinder 3 died after 300km...luckily dealer pulled on off another new truck and had me on the road in a couple of hours. Great service.

Sorry, just phone camera pics for now...too busy driving.

Crew cab WITH the 6.5' bed. Very Nice !!
Personally I am not a fan of the 5.5' bed, it makes the truck look to disproportionate to the cab. But the 6.5' bed bring some balance to the cab and makes for an awesome looking truck.
Nice choice of a truck, the leveling kit and the new tires give it great stance.
This is actually the first time I have looked at a members New truck and got jealous.
Now I want one !

Truck looks great, the tire wheel combo goes great together. My only complain is the mud flaps, I do not like how they look (not just yours, but any of them), but at least they are functional. Enjoy the new ride!!

Congrats on the new FX4 and good luck with it. It looks great with the new stance.
I wasn't a big fan of the blue flame a couple months ago when I starting truck shopping. But It's really been growing on me lately.Friday I saw 2 blue flame trucks on the way to the dealership and 2 at the dealership. After that I said to myself "I like that color". My new FX4 should be here in another 5-6 weeks.

Nice truck. Tires look very mean and aggressive on it which makes all the difference in the world.

I should add the other things I've done:

LineX in the bed
Undercoated
Truxedo cover
DVD players in headrest...(though I don't like the ones they put in...anyone have any suggestions for better ones??) They didn't use the Invision ones..some jobber one.
Husky floor mats

I have a recon smoked 3rd brake light to install...but I have to splice it seems. Gonna wait till it warms up. Has anyone done one on the 09-11's yet? my 08 was a serious pain to get at the harness..must have been a couple of feet in from the back of the cab..hope this one is easier.

I have always wonderd about the DVD players people install in the headrests. Does anybody ever Really use them ?
I suppose a few people with kids would and anything that keeps kids quiet makes me happy. But how many people really have rear seat passengers that often and that are going to sit back there and watch a movie or video of any type ?
My personal opinion is that they are a novelty that most owners never really use but it seems cool to have them.

I had one on the roof of my F250...used it alot. My kids are young and I like long road trips. They help for that. As for adults using them...no idea.

If you have kids they will get a lot of use.
