OEM Bed Extender

I don't like the rounded extender as it only covers about 50% to 75% of the tailgate, not going to the edge or sides. What I want is the squared off extender but Ford accessories seems to use the same part number for both. How do I get the squared off extender?? Thanks.

Here's the extender I want. They show it on the F150 accessories website for 2010 and 2011.

Now here's the extender I don't want. Ford accessories shows the above but it looks like this is what you get. I don't want this extender.

Does anyone know how to get the very top extender?? The picture shows it on a Super duty or 2004 -2008, but it pictures this on the F150 2010 and 2011 accessory website.

Thanks a lot.

Not sure what you're looking at, but that top picture is definitely of an F-250. It's a different design than what is sold for the F-150 in the second photo, and I have no idea whether or not the 250 model is compatible with the 150, as it all depends on the attachment hardware. I'd look on eBay to see if there is a listing with better closeup shots.

Thanks. If the bottom picture is all that we can use, I'll just get a 2008 tube extender and use that. It goes to the back edge of the tailgate, uses almost all of the side area of the tailgate, and is slightly angled to clear tonneau cover mounting installations.

Thanks guys. Ford really needs to update their photos to be correct as I would had been very irate if I ordered by the top picture and received the bottom pictured extender.

Thanks again.
