Lately I have been having problems with Sync locking up. When this happens, the USB port is inoperable and the bluetooth functionality is also locked. The media button on the steering wheel does nothing either.

At first I thought my USB drive (8 Gig Toshiba) was the problem, so I unplugged it. Sync still locks up.

After further testing, it looks as though Sync locks up when the vehicle is first started. It doesn't happen all of the time, but it happens enough to be annoying. When the Sync system initiates properly, it works fine and never quits while the vehicle is running.

Anyone else having the same issues? My dealership claims they cannot reproduce the problem and as such, they will not do anything about it.

Yes, I'm having the same set of problems and have opened a trouble ticket. Hopefully it is resolved soon.
