Phone won't stay paired
I have a 2010 F150 with SYNC and I have had to pair my phone twice allready. I haven't even had it one month. It seems that if I don't use my phone every day then when a few days go by it says "no phne found". This is BS, I'm 58 and don't talk on the phone everyday in my truck. Heck I don't drive it everyday as far as that goes. So is this something that happens a lot or do I need to take it to the dealer? FWIW I have an older Motorola phone with Verizon.
When I say "Phone" and Sync answers "There is no phone available now", it then sez "I will try to connect one" and in 10 seconds or less, it finds my BB and connects automatically.
I'll sometimes go for weeks without driving and it always reconnects. Hasn't failed yet.
I'd be suspect of your phone.

I've been testing their solution (which is a crappy one) to see if it is the problem and havn't had any Bluetooth issues since. I just sent the Tech an email today asking for their solution because I shouldn't have to turn off Wi-Fi when I use Bluetooth.
Sorry to say I'm having the same issue with my HTC Incredible on the Verizon network. After yelling at Verizon Techs it seems like it's an equipment problem. They told me to turn off the Wi-Fi when using Bluetooth. Seems like there is no standards for Bluetooth and signals are very similar to Wi-Fi, therefore they can interfere.
