Fell off the fence - AKA - New Truck Day!

OK, so I have been excited about the Ecoboost motors from about the first moment I heard about them. Test drives, builting trucks on-line, talking to dealers, I was all ready to pull the trigger and order one. Then I messed up, and priced the '10s.

Well, today, I am driving a shiney new 2010 Screw 4x4 Lariat 5.4, and loving every minute of it.

That's a real nice looking truck you got there. By comparing prices between the 10' and 11' in my area, I think you did make a good choice. Congrats.

LOL I did the same exact thing! I was so set on an EB until I took a trip to a dealer with some left over '10s. I couldn't resist! So I ended up with a RR FX2 5.4L.

I just posted a thread with pics a couple rows below this one

Very sharp looking truck. 10 or 11, you just can't go wrong with a NEW truck.

Do you mind me asking how good of a deal you got on that Lariat? I'm looking to replace my totalled 09 FX4 and the prices I'm finding on 09 Platinum's are still in the $35K range, which seems high considering the deals to be had on new '10s and the fact that the new engines are out.
