X-plan plus rebates?? Deal in the works....

The total I'd be looking at for a 5.0l XLT Screw is 32,550$. Xplan and 3500$ in rebates. The X plan is 129$ over invoice which is 38,xxx, so before rebates, the price is 36,100$. After rebates is the price I listed. Should I wait for bigger rebates come this fall where it could easily get to 7500$?? I'm really waiting on an Ecoboost but we aren't seeing any in MN.

Why settle for a 5.0 if you really want a EcoBoost? You can order one with the X Plan and there just so happens to be a $500.00 discount on XLT's with EcoBoost right now.

You need to put what packages and options you are getting the truck with, for that price.

IMO, yes, you can do much better at the year end. Just be aware that there usually is not a lot of stock and I almost didn't find a truck. Doing a dealer search, it was down to 2 F150s left in my price range, as the other 3 we found were sold immediately before we could contact them. I actually gave up in getting one, then the dealer called and said we got the Electric blue. The truck I got was my exact want, where the last one was a dark blue with black running boards instead of Chrome sidesteps.

I was able to get my truck in January for ~$28,500. Before discounts, rebates, and the Xplan, the truck was $39,300!

I'd also get the Ecoboost as I wasn't impressed with the 5.0L.
