You can do it yourself if you have even the slightest know how about trucks. Takes maybe an hour tops with a pneumatic impact gun and a decent floor jack. Maybe a little longer with hand tools. Make sure that you remeber which nut goes where. I always take off the sway bar and steering link right after loosening the upper bolts on the strut. Then loosen the lower, take out the wole stut, screw you spacer on and hand tighten. then bolt 'er all back up. Also, make sure to retighten all the bolts after the first 50-100 miles, becasue they will loosen up quite a bit. Then get it aligned quick!
