I went with 1.5". Couldn't be hapier with the look. No rubbing and I still retained a little rake.
I have before and after pics in my profile for a comparison.

I have the 1.5" Autospring, I wanted to get a little more rake back so I ended up replacing the stock blocks with 2" blocks. I would definatly recommend not going any larger than the 1.5 unless you are getting rear blocks or a AAL. Pics in my gallery.

Now if you are not planning on driving it a lot than 2.5" AS and 3" Block or AAL in the rear is a good look.
X2 on the Bilstein 5100's. Best level option out there IMHO. If se at the middle height, you should not have to replace the rear blocks. If you set it at the top notch, you will have to replace the rear 1.25 block with a 2 inch block to have it sit level.

This is mine with Bilstein 5100's at max height, a 2 inch rear block replacement, and 295/70/18 Nitto Trail Grapplers on the Factory '10 FX4 wheels. No rubbing, but it's close at full lock.

I was thinking of a 1 1\2" level as well but after putting a 5/8" rubber bed mat and the canopy on the truck I think I like the way it sits. We'll see after I have the airbags installed though, might bring up the rear a little bit. It's down about 1" to 1 1/2" from stock right now.
