My 2011 front driver's door began rattling/vibrating this morning on certain bass frequencies/notes and not on every song.

If I push in the speaker grill it stop's rattling/vibrating and continues when I let go of the speaker grill. It does not help if I push in other parts of the door panel. It was 19*F this morning so maybe that had something to do with it.

Has anyone experienced this problem on their 2011?

 

On my 2010 I have the same problem, ironically it is also and STX! I have done the same stuff you have. I have been meaning to fix it but it doesnt bother me too much.

 

I was experiencing the same sort of problem it would only do it periodically.i thought it was the same thing so after doing some checks i knew it was blown.at first i didn't think it was cause when you blow a speaker you usually know it's blown.took it to the dealer and told them it was blown.they said it was probably only a loose wire.So after 4 hours of checking everything they found out it was blown and had to order a new one.they said 4 weeks that was 2 weeks ago.So you might want to look it to that.
