Radio Display After Radio Swap

I purchased a new in dash DVD-Nav system (Pioneer 3200BT) which I plan to install once it stops snowing hopefully. I understand the new radio will have its own display therefore the small display on top of the dash will not be used anymore other than for the clock, direction and temp.

My question is, has anyone figured a way to use this display for something else or is there something else to display on it so it doesn't take up space?

Thanks for the help.

Brian

It's possible a company like PAC will come out with a module that lets you take advantage of the built in screen, but I wouldn't bet on it. I don't know that there is enough demand in the market for something like that.

JonnyCashAK,

That is what i was afraid of. I don't like the way it looks with the screen there being used for really nothing. Hopefully a company or someone will come up with an idea to make good use of the space.
