Ford contacted me several weeks ago asking if I would like to test the new 2011 F150 Eco-Boost V-6, twin turbo. Ford has a guy who drives all over the country bringing the truck to your door for a 30 minute to 1 hr. (depending on traffic) test drive. All that is required of you is to answer questions duriing the drive.

I was so impressed with this trucks power, handling, braking, steering, everything. Once again, Ford has raised the bar in producing an outstanding truck.

Just read the other 16 threads about EB test drives in the past few weeks...

 

I currently own a 1999 F150, 5.4 with 112,000 miles on it. This truck has been flawless since day one.

To answer mccart125: The Eco-Boost was surprising. It had much more power than my truck and the torque of the eco-boot was jaw dropping. Overall, the new eco-boost is a fantastic engine.

I had a dream last night that I tested out an EB. Of course the great steering and power were very exaggerated.

Starting to get anxious.

 

My brother test drove a 5.0 and said even that was hugely better then his 08 lariat.
