Rhino Liner Hardline Opinion and Write-up (with pics)

Hey all. It seems we're seeing a lot of posts asking about this liner or that liner again, must be new model year time! I went through the exercise last year when I bought my 2010 Lariat and decided on the Rhino Hardline bedliner. I did a quick write up with lots of pictures if anyone is interested and hopefully it will help those still deciding.

Thanks and good luck with whatever you choose. At the end of the day I'm betting I would have been just as happy with any of the leading products but this is what I have.

Thanks for the write-up. I've been wanting to do this for a while now but haven't had the opportunity yet. I had a Line X before and it was really nice. The installer removed all the bed bolts and was very pleasant to deal with. It's some of these independants that can be a pain sometimes. With that said, I am in an area where the closest Line X dealer is hours away but a Rhino installer is only minutes away. So your review has helped tremendously.

Thanks again and you do have a beautiful truck!

Here are some photos of the line-x job I had done a few weeks ago. I am completely happy with line-x!

I got the line-x extra. It keeps the liner looking new for many years. Also line-x uses a high pressure system that prevents it from any gashes or peeling.

That Line-X looks great, good looking truck too! I have no doubt I'd have been happy with the Line-X as well but I have zero complaints about the Rhino Hardline. Good stuff.

That's actually one of the many internet myths. Line-X DOES use a high pressure system but so does Rhino. A previous Rhino product was applied with a low pressure sprayer but all of their current line, at mine at least and I think most dealers, are applied with high pressure.

Line-X still applies theirs heated I believe but both use high pressure. At the end of the day they both do a fine job and suit the purpose to a tee, it comes down to personal preference in the finish and wallet.
