Ok, I'm changing out my speakers and I unbolted the reel of the seat belt. When I tried to re-attach it I pulled on the fabric and it wouldn't budge. I then tried to release it by letting it tighten up a little and then pull on it. I kept trying this until now there is barely any of the belt left unwound. I have tried unplugging the wires going into the reel, and resetting the battery. Nothing has worked so far and the replacement part is $200! Please help!!!!

Solved! Only need to place the restainer in vertical position and thats it!
