I went in to buy a shell for my 2009 STX 4.6l 4x4 and won a set of 20" XD and Nitros' with a front end leveling kit. I curious about the strain on my trans and if any suggestions out there for a better throttle response and and maybe a few ponies.

You may notice an increase in wear, but it wouldn't be enough to keep me from putting on the freebies. If you're really worried about it, go make $1500 selling it all and putting it towards something else you want.
